We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of all our products. So much so that we offer a full money-back guarantee on our Welcome Kits and a lifetime warranty on our all-metal handles. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the quality of your shave, contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a solution. 

Our Welcome Kits can be exchanged or fully refunded within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be reimbursed in the original method of payment.

In order to receive your refund please return only the handle in its original packaging.  We cannot accept any cartridges (used or new).  

 

 

Terms and Conditions: Only the purchase price of one Shavelogic Welcome Kit product will be refunded (maximum $25.00). This offer does not apply to Refill Cartridge products sold without handles. If coupon is used, amount of the coupon will be deducted from the purchase price, and the actual price paid before taxes will be refunded. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date on the original receipt. Void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited. PO boxes will not be paid except in North Dakota. Limit one offer per product/name/household/address. Shavelogic, Inc. reserves the right to confirm identification. Fraudulent submissions could result in federal prosecution under US Mail fraud statutes (18 USC Sections 1341 and 1342).
